Women & Minorities Subsidized Loan

Empowering Growth and Expansion

At Alternatives, we’re committed to supporting the success of women and minority-owned businesses. Our Women and Minorities Subsidized Loan is designed to assist established businesses in achieving continued growth and expansion.

*All loans subject to approval.

Loan Features & Details:

  • Available to businesses with at least one year of operational history.
  • Applicable for new loans only; refinancing is not available under this program.
  • Flexible terms with a maximum of up to 5 years.
  • Up to $30,000 to support your business needs.
  • A minimum of 10% of the loan amount is required as equity. Depending on the business evaluation, additional equity may be required.

This loan initiative is part of our commitment to enhance economic development within underrepresented communities. By providing financial solutions with favorable terms, we aim to reduce the barriers that traditionally hinder the prosperity of minority and women-led enterprises.

Business Lending Support

Business lending is highly regulated by federal laws, which can be frustrating for many small business applicants. To help you navigate this process, our Business Development Consultants are here to provide the support you need to submit the best loan application possible.

Support Our Mission!

Unlike traditional banks, we specialize in lending to individuals, organizations, and businesses in under-resourced communities, offering financial education, business coaching, and low-interest rate loans that increase economic potential and help build wealth.
