Mobile access is here
We’re excited to introduce mobile banking! With Mobile Access, Alternatives’ new mobile banking app, you will be able to perform many banking transactions on the go, from the convenience of your smartphone or mobile device.
• Check balances
• View transactions
• Transfer money between Alternatives accounts
• Make loan payments
• View spending patterns
• Use BillPay
• Contact Alternatives Member Service
• Find ATM locations
• Receive mobile alerts
Mobile Access is available on Android smartphones and tablets, as well as iPhones, iPads, and iPod Touch. Phones must have a current data plan with internet access.
You must have an active account with Alternatives, and be already enrolled in our online banking site, Online Access (the login credentials to Mobile Access are the same as Online Access). Additionally, you must already be enrolled in BillPay through Online Access to use it on Mobile Access.
How to get started
Windows phones, Blackberry phones and any non-smartphones with internet access will be able to access our WAP site (Wireless Application Protocol), which is a streamlined browser-based version of Mobile Access.
We will also have a mobile version of our website available at http://m.alternatives.org.
Please contact your current phone service provider or Member Service if you need assistance downloading our app.

Laurie and Zoe Hill
Our family's strongest connection to Alternatives started at the Student Credit Union branch at Fall Creek Elementary School. Zoe started as a Saver and I as a Teller five years ago. Zoe is a regular depositor. I started putting money into my savings account on a more regular basis when we realized that it would be a good place to have a vacation account - one we didn't have a debit card or checkbook for. We saved enough for a trip to Zurich to visit friends on sabbatical and then the fast train to Paris.
